Ulla Vinkman
Owner

Ulla, the daughter of Estonian immigrants, fell into lighting right after graduating with an Interior Design degree. Using her experiences working in a lighting showroom, at Illuminating Experiences (importer and manufacturer of decorative lighting), and groundbreaking eCommerce retailers Ylighting.com and 2modern.com, Ulla created Tuli to help people with their content needs when they need it. When she isn't behind her computer - she can be found behind her camera or walking her dog.
